New rule:  Chicks aren't allowed to be cold in July.  68 degrees and breezy in July is not cold, it's what I'd call perfect weather, and a true Godsend amidst this blazing heat and humidity we've been having.  If we call 68 degrees in November warm and run around in shorts and T-shirts,  then in July we certainly can't be calling that same weather cold.  Sorry girls, not trying to offend, but I'd give anything to have days like this all summer.
